Erika was my father’s dream, built in central Struisbaai, only 500 m from the swimming beach and about 200m from the shops and restaurants. It has a very large plot with a beautiful fynbos garden and milkwood trees. Erika consists of 3 units, Erika, Annies and Fagans, rented out seperately or together. Now we concentrate on Erika, the house on the upper level.

Built on a sloping plot, Erika’s main entrance is on ground level, but the front part of the house appears to be double story, with good seaviews.
There are 3 double bedrooms, and a double bed sleeper couch, and single bed divan in the very large lounge area, making it suitable for up to 10 people. We have extra beds available should you be more, up to 11 people max.

Erika has 2 bathrooms, the one en suite.

Erika has an exceptionally large lounge and diningroom area with an open plan kitchen, which gives an utmost feeling of space, peace and tranquility. It is decorated with the beautiful paintings of my mother, Annie van Graan, who was a well known artist in this area.
There is also an inside braai( binnebraai) in the lounge.

Here are 3 braai areas.

The first is the binnebraai and the other is in front of the house to the one side. There is also a lovely big braai area under the trees, lower down in the large fynbos garden.

Erika has seaviews.

Erika has an android TV. Please bring along your codes for dstv so that you can log into your account on the tv and watch all your favourite programs. It also has an OVHD decoder for watching SABC and and a few other channels.

Unlimited fibre Wi -Fi is also available on the premises.

Erika is selfcatering but a full hot and cold breakfast can be arranged on request. Right underneath Erika, there are 2 flats, Annie’s flat and Fagans. Click on their names to read their descriptions.

Erika has a gliding scale which works like this:Normal as well as long Weekends:
2 people: R950pn for the house.( R475 pp pn)
3 people R1060 pn ( R353 pp pn)
4 people: R1240pn (R310 pp pn)
5 people; R1490pn (R298pp pn)
6 people:R1620pn (R270pp pn)
7 people; R1630 pn( R247 pp pn)
8 people:R1760 (R220pp

)9 people:R1800pn (R200pp)
10people: R1900pn (R190pp)

Midweek ranges from R900 pn for 2 people up to R1900 pn for 10 people.
Easter week end and December holidays ( from about 16 Dec until about 6 Jan) are as follows:R2100 per night for 6 people or less + a once of cleaning fee of R 200.
7 people: R2200 pn +once off cleaning fee of R200
8 people: R2300 + once of cleaning fee of R 200
9people:R2400
People who sleep for one night only pay R400 per person per night, but with a minimum fee of at least R1600pn

HOUSE RULES: We all want to enjoy our holiday, but order to do so, a few rules apply: Time to collect keys: 2pm or any time later, until 12pm. Please phone me when you are near Bredasdorp, as I live here . You can collect the keys here on your way to the sea. If you travel via Gansbaai, please let me know in advance so that I can arrange with Jannie, my key man in Struisbaai.
Time to leave: 10 am on day of departure, unless you made other arrangements with me. I will try to accommodate you as much as I can.
Extras: The house is stocked with a little coffee, tea, sugar, rusks, salt and pepper, sunlight liquid, body wash and toiletpaper . If run out of stock of any if these, please add your own.
No-no’s: No smoking inside, please. No loud noise or music that can disturb neighbours. Live and let live.
